Delivery Policy – JEX & CO. (Anik Enterprise)

At JEX & CO. (Anik Enterprise), we aim to deliver your ordered products in the fastest and safest way possible.

1. Delivery Timeframe

All standard orders across Bangladesh are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation date.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details to monitor your delivery status.

3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location (Inside Dhaka / Outside Dhaka).
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Bangladesh for your convenience.

4. Damaged or Package Issues

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our customer support team immediately within 24 hours of receiving the package for a replacement or resolution.
